Jay Peak has two distinct bases in northern Vermont: Stateside and Tramside. The resort combines skiing and snowboarding with indoor activities, but a trip to the Pump House waterpark and a ski-school morning lead to different arrival plans.

Jay's mountain includes glades and more demanding routes as well as learning terrain. Chalet Meadows on Stateside has small freestyle features for progression, while The Rusch offers larger intermediate and advanced features. Pick a run and feature size that match the group's experience.
Arrival, bases and lessons
The Ski & Ride School is on Stateside; Tramside contains the tram and Pump House. Check your lesson's exact meeting instructions and the day's lift report. Accommodation packages and activity tickets vary, so verify whether your booking includes the skiing or waterpark access you need.
