Whitefish Mountain Resort
Whitefish Mountain Resort occupies Big Mountain above the town of Whitefish. The lower Base Lodge and the upper village are different arrival points, with learning lifts, rental facilities and access to the larger mountain spread between them.

Terrain and ability at Whitefish
Chair 6 at the Base Lodge, Easy Rider and the Big Easy and 2 Easy carpets support the beginner areas. The wider mountain includes terrain served by Big Mountain Express and other lifts. Night skiing is offered on selected lifts, so an evening plan needs its own terrain check.
Arrival, bases and lessons
The first-time lesson package directs rental pickup to Base Lodge Rentals. The resort also has village rentals and a separate lodging check-in location. Consult the visitor guide and current shuttle information before assuming your hotel, lesson and rental desk are all together.
