Whitetail Resort
Whitetail is a southern Pennsylvania mountain with beginner, intermediate and advanced runs, terrain parks and lighted slopes. Its progressive layout lets groups discuss a learning day or longer mountain laps without assuming every rider wants the same terrain.

Terrain and ability at Whitetail
Start first-timers with Ski & Ride School rather than choosing a summit run from the map. More confident riders can plan groomed trail or park laps separately. Lighted trails make evening riding possible, but the current lift and terrain report determines what is actually available that night.
Arrival, bases and lessons
Whitetail's lesson guide identifies the Ski & Ride School Learning Center for private lessons. Group participants should follow their program's arrival instructions and finish equipment and ticket pickup before the on-snow check-in. A lesson booking alone does not necessarily include rentals or lift access.
Plan a Whitetail meetup
Use a named public lodge or Learning Center landmark and include an arrival time that leaves room for rental fitting. If friends join after work, agree on an evening regroup and verify their ticket period; daytime and night plans should not rely on identical operating hours.
