Terrain and ability at Crystal
Discovery and Quicksilver provide the resort's easier green terrain. Other parts of the mountain offer much more demanding skiing and riding. Beginners should follow their lesson plan and current trail map, with a first meeting at the base rather than a summit destination.
Arrival, bases and lessons
Review winter parking and shuttle instructions before traveling. The base directory distinguishes Cascade Lodge, Mountain Commons Lodge, ticket kiosks and lesson registration. Rental collection and the outdoor lesson meeting area are separate steps, so leave time to get equipment ready.
